
You may have used eggs in many dishes to make it interesting but have you ever thought of mixing maggie(noodles) with egg to create something interesting. The interesting part here is that maggie plays the secondary role unlike other dishes where these come together.

I call it magomelette. The combination of maggie and egg to create the Omelette with other ingredients remaining the same.
You should start by boiling your maggie with the masala and then put it aside for 5 minutes. Then break the eggs in the bowl which has boiled maggie, put some onions, green chilli, turmeric powder and garam masala. You can also use tomato if you want to. Add salt as per your taste and mix this well in the bowl.
Now the final part is same as you cook your omelette generally. Spread the mix on the pan and cook it as per your liking i.e. medium, rare or golden.
Just remember to keep the quantity of the noodles lesser so your omelette gets better look.
